We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead pivotal organizational changes within our Business Transformation team. You will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your PROSCI certification and experience, coupled with a strategic mindset to navigate complex transformations to leave a lasting mark on our organization.
What you do
- Strategize and Lead: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies. Be the driving force behind successful business transformation initiatives, offering strategic guidance to OFX senior leadership.
- Engage and Influence: Play a key role in stakeholder engagement, building robust relationships across various levels and functions. Your ability to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives will be crucial.
- Expert Application of PROSCI Methodology: Utilize your expertise in PROSCI methodologies to evaluate change readiness, identify risks, and devise effective mitigation plans. You'll design and implement communication and training programs that ensure seamless change adoption.
- Communicate and Educate: Develop and deliver dynamic communication and training programs. Your role will be pivotal in keeping stakeholders informed and equipped for change.
- Measure and Enhance: Define and track key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of change initiatives. Your insights will drive continuous improvement.
- Build and Nurture Networks: Establish a supportive change agent network, fostering a culture of collaboration, open dialogue, and feedback.
- Innovate and Stay Ahead: Identify improvement opportunities in our change management processes and keep abreast of industry trends to enhance our organizational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- PROSCI certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience leading change in complex and dynamic environments.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in change management software and tools.
