The Senior Change Manager will provide expert change management advice and support across the Loyalty portfolio. It is responsible for managing people change across multiple change programs at any given time across Loyalty.

This role will partner with business leaders in conjunction with the relevant HRBP to ensure there is strong change focus and principles across key programs and projects across the portfolio. This role will involve the analysis of change, management and mitigation of impacts related to change programs (including industrial relations), development of people change strategy and driving effective communications through all levels of the business.

You'll have:

  • 10+ years in a similar role.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/People related field or Change Management.

  • Experience leading complexed people change programs.

  • Highly articulate in both written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience engaging different types and levels of stakeholders, including unionised frontline staff and senior corporate stakeholders.

  • Ability to self-initiate, lead and operate both autonomously and in teams.

  • Proven ability to embed organisational change.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively address even the most resistant stakeholders and challenging situations.

  • Strong execution focus and ability to deliver at pace.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and confidential information.

  • Flexible and sensitive when dealing with different viewpoints, styles and cultures.

  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organisation.

  • Superior time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently and still deliver quality output.

  • Ability to maintain a long-term focus without losing sight of tactical objectives.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities -internal and external ability to work under pressure and manage completing deadlines.
