The role:

• Managing the end to end claims process across liability and niche insurance claims
• Liaising with brokers, TPA's and Underwriters to ensure an effective claims management process
• Determine claims liability, document control and co-ordination of reports

About you

• 2- 3 of experience in the insurance industry, covering all commercial lines
• Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret information effectively
• Capable of interacting with internal stakeholders, clients, and brokers at all levels
