About the role
The Senior Client Service Officer plans and delivers registration, funding and disclosure, and lobbyist
services to assist clients in fulfilling their administrative and statutory requirements under the legislation. Ideally looking for experience in applying rules, guidelines, policies, procedures, customer service (not high volume), focus on the service is in assisting political stakeholders to meet their obligations
Job Title: Senior Client Service Officer
Location: Sydney CBD
Contract Duration: 4 months with potential extension
Salary: $52 per hour + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional and responsive registration, funding and disclosure, and lobbyist
record keeping, verification of correspondence, problem solving and work flow to achieve team
outcomes. * Providing subject matter expertise and advice in the development, enhancement and
implementation of relevant systems, processes and projects * Contributing to the achievement of team objectives through information sharing,
collaboration and support. * Adhering to regulatory guidelines, policies, procedures and check lists to ensure client and
team compliance with legislation.
