Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Client Services officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our personal clients.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve, but not limited to;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by providing efficient and proactive support. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to assist clients with their financial goals, preparing financial forms, and implementing investment strategies.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation, including account openings, transfers, and investment transactions. Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide updates on their accounts, address any questions or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
While the role is primarily located in North Sydney, NSW, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Client Services: You must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing Client Services in the Financial Plannning Industry
- Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and industry regulations.
- Must have experience with platforms such as but not limited to: North, Netwealth, Macquarie to name a few
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Customer Satisfaction: Track record of achieving high customer satisfaction ratings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Support: Ability to effectively support and address customer needs
