About the role
The Senior Clinical Psychologist co-ordinates clinical psychology services within Next Step and Integrated Services. The role provides leadership and supervises clinical psychology staff, whilst providing a specialist psychological service to individuals, groups and systems (e.g., couples, families) affected by co-occurring substance use and other psychological disorders.

About us
Next Step is the leading government drug and alcohol treatment service in Western Australia providing a range of clinical services. The treatment services provided by Next Step include:
- Outpatient services at East Perth and via integrated Community Alcohol and Drug Services at seven metropolitan locations
- The Inpatient Withdrawal Unit at East Perth
- An onsite pharmacy service based at East Perth
- Outpatient and inpatient youth services via the Integrated Drug and Alcohol Youth Service
- Community programs including the Community Pharmacotherapy Program and the Clinical Advisory Service
