Therapy Focus are a non-for-profit, community service organisation who are specialists in individual therapy. We have a team of clinicians and administrative support staff, who work collaboratively to develop comprehensive, individualised therapy plans to meet the needs and goals of our customers.

We are in an exciting growth phase, and as a result we are looking for Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists and Senior Psychologists to join our Psychology and Counselling Services team within our Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub. We have full time or part time opportunities available in various locations around Perth metro. If you have experience and strive for clinical excellence, then we would love to speak with you.

Be part of an exciting and evolving team of mental health specialists striving to provide evidence-based assessments and interventions for a broad scope of presentations working across the lifespan in both NDIS and Private Services.
Therapy Focus support professional development in best practice, evidence-based interventions to meet clinical excellence. We support and prioritise staff to develop their own learning and development plan to target their area of speciality and clinical skills to meet client requirements.
Utilise Trauma-Informed and Domestic-Violence Informed frameworks within the Disability Sector

What’s required?
Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology
Current AHPRA full registration
Previous experience in the disability sector is highly desirable
Enjoy the challenges of managing a diverse caseload across NDIS and Private Services
Have the drive to develop knowledge and skills across the life span with a range of clinical presentations or want to further an existing clinical specialisation
Support the team and clinicians early in their career through supervision and contribute to clinical excellence alongside service leaders
Have the ability to build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
Have the zest for building external relationships to support individuals, families, community and the mental health sector.
