Senior Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collections, Financial/Hardship assistance and Loss Recoveries
• Support management with the day to day operation of the unit
• Work with customers regarding financial assistance and hardship
• Manage delinquent contracts
• Ensure all work queues, inboxes and administration requirements are processed

Requirements:

• Experienced in managing conflict and influencing or negotiating when required
• Ability to remain sensitive and courteous to customers
• Experience in Debt Collections from banking or financial services industry
• Confident in building a strong team and stakeholder relationships
