In support of this growth, Ventia are inviting expressions of interest for Senior Commercial Administrator to join their global and diverse organisation.
About the Role
The Senior Commercial Administrator provides support in relation to the set up and management of subcontractors. In this position you will support the business in the set up and records management for subcontractors ensuring compliance with sub-contractor management plans and a streamline onboarding of subcontractors.
You will support delivery teams in their commercial dealings with subcontractors including new contractor engagement, ensuring collaborative relationships to support continuous improvement and capability building.

About you
To be successful in this role, you should hold the following skills & experience:
- Proven experience in a commercial administration role.
- Advanced Microsoft Suite experience - Word, Excel etc.
- SAP experience desirable.
- Experience working in a collaborative & relationship-based client environment.
- Background working with finance function and knowledge of financial transactional processes.
- Demonstrated management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
