Partnered Health is one of Australia's leading service providers in both Primary & Allied Healthcare and Corporate Health with over 115 sites throughout Australia.
Backed by Private Equity, Partnered Health is experiencing significant growth both organically and through targeted strategic acquisitions.
A newly created position, the Senior Commercial Analyst, reporting directly to the CFO, will play a key role in supporting the future growth plans for the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
Partnering with CEO, CFO and business unit leaders in the development of long-term strategies and implementation plans;
Preparing and reviewing detailed three-way integrated driverised financial forecasts and models at the Group and business unit level;
Providing advice and reports to the Board and ELT regarding the progress of execution of the approved strategies;
Building out the data analytical function and growing the organisation's maturity in the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning;
Partnering with business unit finance members in the development of deep analysis and visual reporting to enhance insights and foresight for decision making purposes; and
Partnering with the Head of Acquisitions in the preparation of valuation analysis for potential transactions, including due diligence submissions to the Board on acquisitions and divestments.
About You:
To be considered for the role you will need 7+ years' work experience in both corporate and professional service settings.
You will have highly advanced financial modelling and analytical skills combined with strong presentation, visualisation and valuation skills.
Ideally you will also be experienced in an M&A with a sound knowledge of the end-to-end M&A process.
CA/CPA accreditation is essential.
Demonstrable exposure to Microsoft's Business Intelligence Stack will also be viewed favourably.
