Role
Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a technically minded Commercial sales leader, based out of our Kurnell office.
As Senior Commercial Manager within the Commercial Sales Division, you will be responsible for driving the organisational objectives within your dedicated region of New South Wales and ACT. You will assume full regional budget ownership across the Commercial product portfolio and with huge potential for growth, your role will be to convert that potential into a sustainable business, with consistent workflow and revenue stream month in month out. You will manage and build upon a small team and assume a senior role in the NSW operation.

Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed direct sales revenues, with a focus on annuity revenue customers and projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to project delivery, ensuring repeat customer business through a differentiated and superior customer experience.
- Selling the business to people of influence - building a strong suppliers’ database that continually feeds your division.
- Working with internal stakeholders to execute accurate and high-quality quotes and proposals to secure individual projects.
- Comprehensive data input across all company systems, including our custom-built ERP and CRM.
- Secure specification through Architects & Engineers within the Construction Industry, with strong pipeline management to ensure specification retention.
Minimum requirements
- Relevant degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Engineering.
- Recent experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the Construction Industry and working across large scale Infrastructure and Civil projects.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with C-Level executives.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare a wide variety of communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer skills - Ability to use MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to learn and develop.
