Not only do we provide a service that protects the public, but we are also helping to break and reduce the cycle of re-offending by enforcing positive outcomes in offender rehabilitation.
Your Role
This is a new role within the business structure, which will allow you the opportunity to build and shape our customer relationship strategies. This role will require a strong focus on understanding our customers’ needs and challenges. Providing a high-quality service and thought leadership on commercial, contractual and governance aspects across New Zealand while supporting parts of our Australian business where required.
About You
We are seeking a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Relationship Management either specific to the criminal justice sector or extensive Contract Management experience. You will exhibit a proven track record in managing customer relationships, project management and a sound understanding of risk and regulatory requirements. Effective decision-making, solution focused, team orientated and a passion for community justice are a must.
Understanding of Te Ao Māori, Te Tiriti and Tikanga is desirable.
