To bring our vision to life, we're seeking a Key Account Manager who will play a vital role in driving B2B growth by managing and nurturing client relationships within the commercial sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, communication, and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.

What we’re looking for
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Act as the primary point for our Commercial clients, facilitating ongoing communication and understanding their evolving needs
- Nurture and manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market changes to provide clients with valuable insights
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and account details in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to existing clients
- Lead and support on-shore and offshore teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct evaluations
- Identify and address training needs, enhancing team skills and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role, preferably within the commercial or hospitality furniture industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels including executive and C-Suite
- Passion for selling and providing solutions to customer needs
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and/or Google Suite
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Adept at building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
