Description
- Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external media and communication strategies and materials to achieve strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development, delivery, and scheduling of an integrated content and editorial pipeline, producing engaging and data-driven content with clear calls to action.
- Research, write, and edit corporate content to ensure compliance with the companies style guides and strategic priorities, covering various formats including reports, style guide updates, media responses, web articles, and more.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex legislative information into clear and accessible content adhering to plain English principles.
- Monitor and share insights from stakeholder communication activities to enhance educational content, customer campaigns, and service delivery.
- Support inbound inquiries from media, stakeholders, government departments, and internal teams, providing timely recommendations on risks, opportunities, and responses.
- Track and report on media coverage and issues, assessing risks and escalating matters for further action.
- Contribute to streamlining team processes and maintaining documentation such as team rosters, plans, work instructions, and style guides.
- Operate flexibly within a team environment to meet deadlines and priorities, updating planning and reporting tools, and collaborating effectively to achieve team objectives in a supportive work environment.
