Your new position
In the position of Senior Project Manager, you will make a noted contribution to the Health team's overall success through the careful and strategic management of several research and consulting projects ranging in size and complexity. You will lead and manage research, analysis, planning, and advisory projects and enable clients to achieve sustainable high performance. You will contribute to the growth of the existing Health portfolio and help to identify, build and convert new business opportunities predominantly within tertiary care organisations. Your transition to being fully independent can be staggered for the less experienced consultant as you are surrounded by experts in the field. You pride yourself on adding value and possess a detailed understanding of the challenges facing executives in tertiary care. You are passionate about solving complex challenges and have the skills and ability to influence at an executive level.
Your contribution
The Senior Project Manager is experienced in research, advisory, and consulting with a background in the tertiary care (preferred), education or community services sector. You have a strong resolve and are a natural communicator with the ambition to grow a portfolio with the support of an established team around you. You thrive on developing long-term relationships, engaging with executive-level professionals with ease and confidence, and are comfortable being a thought leader and subject matter expert.
You possess a relevant Degree in business, arts or science with a major in marketing, management, commerce, psychology, statistics or human resources. You might also have a clinical governance, safety & quality, nursing, allied health or nurse manager background but feel ready to step into a consulting career.
