About the position
The Senior Consultant, Leadership, Capability and Performance will be responsible for supporting the employee experience and the uplift of individual and organisational Capability and Performance at La Trobe University. Working in partnership with a variety of stakeholders, this role will design and develop a range of interconnected people initiatives, frameworks, projects and workshops, and provide advice and develop relevant resources.
The candidate
With an enthusiastic and professional manner, you will have experience shaping and delivering people initiatives to meet strategic business needs, as well as a track record of delivering high quality outputs and successful change management. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of core learning and organisational development practices supported by wide-ranging experience and relevant tertiary qualifications.
