Based in the bayside of Melbourne, this company offers an opportunity to join a stable team with repeat clients, strong subcontractor relationships, systems and procedures.
The Role
This is an office based Snr CA role where your duties will include:

• Engaging daily with the site teams and subcontractors while keeping up communications with the client when required.
• Managing RFIs, Progress Claims, Variations, and Documentation submissions.
• Handling the letting and vetting of sub contractor packages.
• Focusing on financial aspects such as Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, via Jobpac

Requirements
I am looking to speak with experienced CAs who have deliver a minimum of 3 projects from start to finish for a head contractor.
Experience delivering education projects in critical and exposure to VSBA processes would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will have delivered commercial projects in excess of $20M and will be commutable to Bayside.
