Senior CA to work as No2 delivering hi end residential projects ranging up to $140M site based in Western Sydney

Your New Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team for both new and ongoing projects across Sydney Suburbs.
This particular role is focused on a hi end project where you will be reporting to the Project Manager with close liaison with the Site Manager, Contract Administrator and cadets. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by efficiently managing contracts, costs, and project documentation.
Your Responsibilities include:
  • Administering and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to address contract-related queries and issues
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures
  • Conduct regular cost reviews and prepare accurate financial reports
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
  • Administer and evaluate variations and claims in collaboration with project teams
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of tenders

For You to Be Successful:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator in the construction industry a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar business
  • Familiarity with mid-tier commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
