Your Future Role will be working as a Senior Contracts Administrator overseeing the following functions:

• Contract Development and Administration.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and various personnel.
• Risk and value management and cost control along with cost reporting.
• Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. 

The role is suitable to an experienced Contacts Administrator with a strong background in civil construction. You will demonstrate your exceptional negotiation skills and be able to communicate effectively with various teams, clients and stakeholders. You will be a natural leader with a hands-on approach to your work and are highly organised, detail-orientated, and precise.
