About the role:
A new and exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Contracts Administration Manager to join the ETS team in Victoria.
Based out of our Lilydale office and reporting to the Contracts Manager, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for all our contract financials
- Collating end of month accruals in conjunction with the Administration team
- Reviewing end of month financials for incorrect transactions and large variances to budget or forecast
- Supporting our operations team in progressing completed works to a billable position
- Invoicing to our clients, and following up any client invoicing queries
- Weekly financial reporting – including forecasts and works in progress
- Reconciliation of subcontractor costs
- Job costing
- Establishing and building strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Gaining an understanding of our major client contract will be key in being effective in this role.
About you:
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have a bookkeeping or financial background with strong administration skills. In addition you will:
- Have high attention to detail
- Be able to work with a variety of people & personalities
- Have good business acumen
- Be able to interrogate data
- Have strong excel and MS office skils
- Have the ability to manage your time well and work well under pressure
- Have a proactive approach to your work
In the future, there may also be opportunity to provide oversight across the whole contract administration area, so previous people management experience would also be desirable.
