Senior Contracts Administrator

ABOUT THE COMPANY. 

This company is a nationally recognised builder, operating across Australia and delivering high-end projects across commercial, health, retail, storage & education sectors specialising in fit out, refurbishment and construction.  Having secured a number of exciting projects, this company is seeking to employ a driven Senior Contracts Administrator with aspirations to grow into a fully fledged Project Manager to oversee the delivery of on-going projects in the commercial fitout and refurbishment space.

ABOUT THE POSITION. 

As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Director. The intention is for this CA to be groomed into a Project Manager to become a specialist PM for major clients and their on-going portfolio, spanning dozens of projects per year. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver multiple commercial projects across NSW, right from the design stages through to completion. These ongoing projects range from $1M - $20M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.

• Programming 
• Cost control 
• Client management 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable 
• Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers 
• Minimum 5 years experience
