Senior Contracts Administrator - large scale cbd project

Senior Contracts Administrator required for a $200m+ commercial project. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain exposure to a leading national property group with a diverse porfolio of work in Victoria.
Our client is one of the Australia's most respected integrated property groups, with live work across commercial, apartments & retail.
This specific project is a high profile build, visible from both sides of the Yarra and an incoming, internationally known tenant, upon project completion.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Administration of the project HSE system

Desired experience:

• Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
• Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
• At least 5 years of experience in a CA / Senior CA role in commercial construction for a recognised tier 1 builder.
• Exposure to high rise hospital, pharmaceutical or complex commercial projects valued $100M+
• Knowledge of Victorian construction market and subcontractors
• Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
