Senior Contracts Administrator

North Shore Location 110-120K + Super Class 2 Residential Exp

A leading residential builder located in the North Shore of Sydney is seeking to expand their team with the inclusion of a Senior Contracts Administrator.
The role will revolve around being responsible for budget tracking and reporting whilst being the key to building relationships with subcontractors and clients.
In addition, other aspects will include:

• Assist and or Seize Project Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken
• Reporting on project outcomes
• Management of contracts

The right candidate will have at least 4 years experience within the Class 2 residential space with the right attitude, desire and drive to grow their career.
To be considered for this role, you must posses:

• Full Working Rights
• Jobpac software experience will be highly regarded
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar.
