Our Client:
Our client is a federally funded not for profit organisation, responsible for the commissioning of services, by working closely with local communities and existing healthcare service providers across North and Far North Queensland. With offices located in Cairns, Townsville and Mackay, there are several opportunities, to be based in any location.
The Opportunity:
You will oversee and manage all the administration, provide operation support, and monitor the performance of Commissioning contracts. This is a key role involved in the full cycle and will be required to operate with a very proactive collaborative approach, across all teams for overall success. It’s essential you are working in collaboration with other organisation functions in the design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of contracts to ensure services are delivered effectively to improve outcomes and meet local needs.
Your Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Qualifications (Higher education and/or Vocational Education and Training) or 3 years in a similar field;
- Understanding of commissioning processes, service design and delivery in a community environment;
- Ability to provide high-level support to the administration, management and Performance of contracts;
- Impressive time management skills especially in a high demand work environment;
- Highly developed communication, influencing, partnering, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, particularly in relation to community and stakeholder engagement;
- Confidential and professional when managing sensitive information;
- Advance IT skills.
