Senior Contracts Coordinator

Location: Site-based Monday to Friday, with FIFO or DIDO options available.

Our client is a leading player in the mining and industrial sector, committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations. They prioritize safety, sustainability, and innovation, and we're seeking a Senior Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Senior Contracts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our procurement and contract management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective contract administration, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to execution and closeout.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
• Utilize software such as MS Office suite, SAP/Fiori/Portt, or related systems for contract management and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts and associated correspondence.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or contracts roles within the mining or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; experience with SAP/Fiori/Portt or similar software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply qualifications would be highly regarded.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands.
