Situated in Current Learners' within the LLE unit, the Senior Coordinator, Progressions, Results and Conferral (PRC), leads a team of staff in the centralised coordination and delivery of student progression, results, records and Conferral functions.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Student Administration, the Senior Coordinator, PRC, leads a team of staff who specialise in the centralised coordination and delivery of student progression, results, records and Conferral functions in the LLE Unit. The Senior Coordinator, PRC:
- ensures high quality, efficient and compliant service provision is delivered to students, staff and other key stakeholders.
- plays a key role in coordinating and managing the relationship and operations of the above functions with Faculties and other LLE Teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a strong people leader with experience in interpreting and implementing complex legislation, policies and stakeholder management. You are a strategic thinker who has exceptional analytical and planning skills to ensure efficient, compliant and quality operational delivery.

Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $115,265 to $131,274 pa (HEW 8)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full time, and appointment will be made on a 12-month fixed-term basis (parental leave cover).
