What the position focuses on:
- Providing M&A expertise, in both public and private transactions with multinational clients.
- General Corporate work focusing on ASX listing rules, corporate governance, executive remuneration, disclosure matters, shareholder activism, fiduciary duties and other general corporate and securities law issues
- 3-6 years PAE within Corporate Law with experience in M&A highly desirable
- Good Academics
- Personable and team-orientated.
