The role:
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of top-notch corporate matters including:

The ideal candidate should:
- be a Senior Associate with corporate experience, preferably acquired in a mid-large-sized law firm
- had exposure to substantial commercial transactions involving medium to large-scale corporate clients.
- have a drafting and technical skills
- demonstrate excellence in client service with the ability to foster strong client relationships
- be enthusiastic about advancing a career in Corporate Advisory law within a collaborative team culture.
