AddressWe are looking for an experienced and detail orientated Senior Cost Analyst to join our team.
Reporting to the Factory Accounting Lead the successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and reporting on cost variances, risk areas and mitigations through the provision of strategic financial reporting to ensure financial business operational efficiency.
This position will lead the regular forecasting processes and assist in the annual budgeting across the business.
About the role:
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing standard costs for products
- Implement a continuous review process for variable labor costs
- Lead the process of rebuilding product standards
- Collaborate with finance, production, and other relevant departments
- Comprehensive reporting of critical manufacturing information
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with site leaders, finance teams, and other relevant stakeholders
- Actively participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in finance with extensive knowledge in Factory accounting and standard costing
- Ability to stay calm, plan, and organize under pressure
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and passionate influencer with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach
