Working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home this role in summary will see you handle inquiries and questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information, attend to emails and update the database.
- Sound understanding of the Supply Chain process
- Understanding of market intelligence, market rate levels, S/Line schedules, lead times and services
- All round understanding of schedules, consortiums and services relevant to your customer
- Understanding of incoterms, Australian Customs and DAFF import requirements
- Ability to establish operational processes for client
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Efficient, positive and informative communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive problem solving
Along with existing call centre/Customer Service experience the ideal candidate will possess experience in customer care environment working in a Supply Chain/freight forwarding or logistics environment taking inbound calls and ensuring you take care of the customer with an overall call experience
