Senior Customer Service - Supply Chain

Located in Altona North this is a great opportunity for you to join a fun and rewarding Customer Service team in a long standing multinational company known as being a leader in their field.

Working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home this role in summary will see you handle inquiries and questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information, attend to emails and update the database.

• Sound understanding of the Supply Chain process
• Understanding of market intelligence, market rate levels, S/Line schedules, lead times and services
• All round understanding of schedules, consortiums and services relevant to your customer
• Understanding of incoterms, Australian Customs and DAFF import requirements
• Ability to establish operational processes for client
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Efficient, positive and informative communication
• Excellent time management skills
• Proactive problem solving

Along with existing call centre/Customer Service experience the ideal candidate will possess experience in customer care environment working in a Supply Chain/freight forwarding or logistics environment taking inbound calls and ensuring you take care of the customer with an overall call experience
