This opportunity would suit an individual that is looking for a 12-Month Fixed Term position.This role is primarily responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization through expert technical knowledge and exceptional customer service.Key functions of this role also includes:
- ITIL aligned Incident and Problem management
- Verification and Validation of Radio System and End User Device Operation
- Systematic fault finding and replication
- Provision of technical information to customers
- Generation of customer reports
- At least 5 years' experience in an ICT or wireless communication technical role
- Experience in with Land Mobile Radio equipment, P25, DMR, conventional, trunking and simulcast systems, LTE technologies and operation would be beneficial
- Familiar with the concepts of ITIL Service Management principles
- Engineering degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
