Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration with Centralised Service Team:
   • Efficiently coordinate appointments with the Centralised Service team, ensuring a seamless workflow.
2. Industry Experience:
   • Utilise your extensive industry knowledge to measure all internal Window Furnishings in customers' homes, including curtains, blinds, and shutters
3. Exceptional Customer Service:
   • Provide unparalleled customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
4. Consultation Expertise:
   • Conduct in-home and onsite consultations, showcasing the features and benefits of a diverse range of Window Furnishings.
5. Accurate Measurement and Quoting:
   • Execute precise measurements and timely quoting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project timelines.
6. Schedule Adherence:
   • Demonstrate the ability to work within schedules, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
7. Positive Work Ethic:
   • Bring a healthy, hardworking, and positive attitude to the workplace, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
8. Interpersonal Skills:
   • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, both in written and verbal communication, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
