Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Centralised Service Team:
- Efficiently coordinate appointments with the Centralised Service team, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Industry Experience:
- Utilise your extensive industry knowledge to measure all internal Window Furnishings in customers' homes, including curtains, blinds, and shutters
- Exceptional Customer Service:
- Provide unparalleled customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Consultation Expertise:
- Conduct in-home and onsite consultations, showcasing the features and benefits of a diverse range of Window Furnishings.
- Accurate Measurement and Quoting:
- Execute precise measurements and timely quoting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project timelines.
- Schedule Adherence:
- Demonstrate the ability to work within schedules, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Positive Work Ethic:
- Bring a healthy, hardworking, and positive attitude to the workplace, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Interpersonal Skills:
