About the role:
As Senior Development Manager, you will lead a small team but remain very hands on in driving the full developement cycle through to sucessful completion.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years experience in driving the full development cycle for medium density and or mixed use projects.
Key qualifications & attributes sought include but not limited to:
- Holder of a property related tertiary qualification
- Ability to solve complex problems using dialectic thinking skills
- Effective stakeholder management skills both internal & external
- Focused on the advancement of the team and the company’s interests.
