The Opportunity
Join us as the Senior Digital Library Officer and become an integral part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will coordinate complex administrative tasks, from scheduling and project coordination to producing comprehensive reports and resource allocation. Your commitment to excellence will shine through as you deliver top-notch services to clients, ensuring prompt issue resolution and unwavering adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements. Your organizational prowess will be put to the test as you manage data input and analysis, guaranteeing effective security, storage and distribution of critical information. You will also be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to policy development, governance, decision-making and quality reporting.
We are seeking someone with a degree in a relevant field, accompanied by extensive experience and specialist expertise in a technical or administrative field. Programming skills and familiarity with underlying storage formats for digital data (eg, Oxford Common File Layout) as well as experience working with undertaking research in a healthcare setting will make you a driving force in our mission. Your excellent organisation and administrative skills, a demonstrated capacity to implement operational processes and unwavering commitment to customer service will also be pivotal in ensuring our continued success.
