The Opportunity
As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading digital initiatives for BUSSQ, driving growth, engagement, and innovation across the website and other digital platforms. Your role will involve staying abreast of digital trends, implementing best practices, and optimising digital assets to enhance brand visibility and user experience.
This role is for you if you are passionate about creating exceptional online experiences that captivate and engage audiences, possess a strong digital acumen combined with a creative flair for design and, thrive in an environment where your digital skills and creativity can make a difference to our member’s retirement outcomes.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at BUSSQ with a hybrid working arrangement.
Some of the responsibilities include
- Developing digital strategies that drive business growth
- Developing and optimising the organisation’s website and driving audience visitation using SEO best practices
- Curating engaging content that resonates with the target audience and builds the BUSSQ brand
- Implementing CRO strategies to maximise website performance and increase conversion rates
- Analysing and optimising the performance of our digital channels
- Working with external vendors to leverage external expertise, resources, and technologies that maintain security standards and enhance digital market presence
Some of the skills you will bring
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms, channels and tools
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision or guidance
- Ability to identify and prioritize projects that will deliver maximum results
- Demonstrated success in driving achieving KPIs in previous roles

To be successful, you will have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and website development and execution
