About the Position
As a Senior Draftsperson, your previous experience in the industry will make you proactive when it comes to your daily responsibilities. In this role, you will have exposure to all facets of Drafting including but not limited to:
- Concept design
- Master documentation
- Full working drawings to specific client brief and in compliance with QDC/POD/Covenant requirements
- Assist internal departments with Drafting related queries
- Liaise with external consultants where required
About you
- Formal qualifications in architectural drafting (diploma or higher)
- Proficiency in Revit is a must
- Technical knowledge in construction detailing
- Ability to work within set timeframes with excellent time management skills
- Strong understanding of QDC siting requirements, interpreting specific POD and Covenant requirements and knowledge of both NCC and Australian Standards
- Ability to problem solve, actively source options and solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills
- Work exceptionally well independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience with a residential project home builder preferred
Remuneration calculated on skill set, qualifications, prior experience and set well above award conditions.
