Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with failed assets specifically in power distribution (not transmission).
- Proficiency in writing detailed reports and documenting the causes of asset failures.
- Ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for asset failures.
- Investigate and analyze failed assets within the power distribution network.
- Develop comprehensive reports documenting the reasons behind asset failures.
- Conduct rigorous root cause analysis to identify contributing factors.
