Senior Electrical Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Electrical Engineer for our global headquarters and manufacturing campus in Murarrie, Brisbane.  You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals in the team.  This role is a full time position Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage electrical test systems, including high voltage test equipment.
• Design, validate and commission customised in-house manufactured electrical test systems in NOJA Power assembly lines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed manufacturing specifications, schematics, and validation data, for test equipment.
• Set up and oversee ongoing maintenance and inspection regimes for test equipment.
• Work closely with production management and a team of electronic, mechanical, process and mechatronic engineers and technicians when delivering testing solutions on the production floor.
• Implement, comply with, and enforce NOJA Power quality, environmental and workplace health and safety procedures.

What You’ll bring:

• Engineering Qualifications; undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in:
• Design, development, and implementation of custom test systems
• Fault finding and repair of test systems.
• Labview programming experience desirable, as is database integration to support ongoing data analytics of test outcomes.
• Teamwork skills
• Communication skills
