What is your new role about?
Engineering Services Team is looking for Experienced/ Senior Engineer to support various stakeholders with the following but not limited to engineering, compliance, investigations, and standards.
Your new role will include:
- Prepare engineering specifications and undertake tender analysis for work scope.
- Undertake design work associated with electrical power systems and facilities.
- Manage projects / assist with project management plans, designs and programs to meet project objectives.
- Contribute to major incident investigations for support of ongoing system performance and contract management compliance.
- Protection system coordination and functions for LV, MV and HV network installations.
- Calculate and review specific protection and control settings, configurations, testing and commissioning procedures across all protection types.
- Perform and report on network investigation and risk assessment.
- Provide a customer focused, engineering and technical support service to the business by providing specialist advice, recommendations and solutions to a commercial standard.
- Review EPCM engineering deliverables against agreed scopes within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure all scopes or feedback on EPCM deliverables provided considers Safety in Design and sound engineering practice and standards.
Our new Solutions Lead will have:
- Exposure in electrical utility industry and/or consultancy will be highly regarded.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be eligible for Corporate Membership of the Institution of Engineers, Australia.
- Must possess WA Driver's Licence Class 'C' or 'C-A';
- A post-graduate qualification in business and/ or relevant technical discipline would be considered favourably.
