To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional already in a senior position or an individual with approx. 10 years' experience who is ready to advance their career.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of Australian experience as an Electrical Engineer in Building Services
- Australian citizenship or permanent working rights
- Experience working on Education, Health & Refurb projects
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and oral, including report writing
- Familiarity with NCC and relevant Australian Standards
- Confident negotiation skills with the ability to advise and influence key stakeholders, including clients and contractors
- Ability to manage project priorities with a proactive attitude
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- RPEQ certification or ability to obtain
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Electrical services design documentation
- Project management in accordance with agreed proposals, meeting budgets, and deliverables
- Developing relationships internally and externally, understanding key project drivers, and determining the best approach for clients
- Mentoring other team members
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
