The Role: Senior Designer
Based from our Brisbane Head Office, we are seeking an innovative and passionate Senior Designer that holds a personal connection to the DISSH brand and values. This is your chance to utilise your experience and influence creative direction through your product lines while instilling your knowledge and guidance to the rest of the team.
Reporting to the Head of Product, working alongside a team of talented designers and collaborating directly with the Owner & Managing Director, this is a key creative and technical role to innovate the future of DISSH.

- Deliver on effective and comprehensive seasonal trend identification and research
- Communicate concept design direction through research, illustration and sketching
- Design and concept on brand styles within specified price and time parameters
- Create detailed tech packs for production handover
- Lead communication to wider business on seasonal design direction
- Consistently create and deliver on brand concepts and designs
- Produce design submissions that are on time and in line with critical path
- Produce designs that align with target wholesale price & GP margin
On your first day, we expect you already have:
- Prior experience of 4+ years in a fashion Design role (ideally at a Senior/management capacity)
- An understanding and connection to the DISSH aesthetic and brand direction
- A proven background of producing quality technical CAD & hand sketch designs in a timely manner
- Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or relevant field
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft products
- A creative and collaborative approach to design
