Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia2. Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or other relevant discipline and membership of an appropriate professional accounting body or equivalent relevant experience.3. Demonstrated experience (5-years minimum) in management accounting or Finance Business Partnering within a large, complex organisation, using computerised financial accounting (Current financial system - Oracle), budgeting and management reporting systems.4. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communications skills, including demonstrated liaison and negotiation experience with a wide range of stakeholders including the Executive level.5. Strong analytical skills and mindset, including the ability to conduct financial analysis using various statistical techniques, monitor and analyse data and perform modelling using Power BI to build and optimise dashboards and reports.6. Strong understanding of public hospital revenue, funding arrangements, and cost drivers within the health industry.7.
