Form of work Redpath partners are partnered with a global investment manager in supporting hiring of a Senior Finance Manager for the Real Estate Australia Finance Team. This role requires a highly analytical individual with strong technical skills and team leadership experience. The position, based in Sydney, reports to the Director of Finance and Corporate.

- Deliver accurate Fund and Project reporting to investors and the business.
- Manage statutory reporting, audit, debt, and tax compliance for various Funds and entities.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants for high-quality reporting and advisory services.
- Design and deliver Project Control Group financial reporting.
- Manage compliance risk and cash flow forecasting for funds/projects.
- Provide technical accounting and tax advisory on Fund and Real Estate transactions.
- Stay updated on accounting and tax legislation changes and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain documentation of procedures.
- 5+ years of Professional Accounting qualification.
- 8+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with essential people management experience.
- Experience in funds management or the property industry.
- Familiarity with large accounting systems, e.g., MRI.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).
