The Role
Reporting directly to the Financial controller, as the Senior Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely Management reports and analysis with a focus on maintaining financial integrity of the general ledger and accounts whilst also assisting with forecasting, budgeting and statutory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- General Accounting: Ensuring integrity of financial transactions including accruals, prepayments, review of AP and AR transactions, GL maintenance, Balance Sheet & Corporate Reporting Requirements.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Involvement in Quarterly forecasting and yearly budgeting process to ensure company reaches growth targets - full ownership of SG&A numbers and consolidation of other functions to produce full set of P&L, Balance sheet and Cashflow statement
- Statutory Reporting: Payroll Tax & BAS Returns

CPA / CA qualification or similar- SAP ERP experience - MUST HAVE
- At least 7 to 10+ years' relevant Accounting experience in a large organization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical skills with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
