I'm representing a boutique geotechnical business based in Sydney's Inner West. They get involved in a wide variety of projects, predominantly within infrastructure, commercial and industrial.With a solid pipeline of work, they are now in a position to hire a Senior / Principal level Geotechnical Engineer. We are after someone who can write and review reports, train/mentor the more junior Geotechnical Engineers and play a key role from a technical perspective within the small team. Any prior team leadership experience would be great.
Besides the usual ground investigations and analysis/reporting, you'll have the opportunity to work on large projects such as level 1 earthworks, soil nail and shotcrete design, shoring design, finite element analysis, peer review, expert witness reports, monitoring of deep excavation and movements during construction, groundwater monitoring, seepage analysis, vibration monitoring...and more!
