The Sr. Designer will use their artististry and technical expertise to create visually stunning layouts, icons, images, and typography. Create designs for digital and print projects, including websites, social media campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials. A strong portfolio in graphic and web design, excellent communication skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are the keys to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce captivating and user-friendly designs for websites, digital interfaces, and print materials based on project briefs.

• Work with the marketing team to create effective designs that meet client needs and objectives.

• Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines and meet the correct dimensions and specifications for their intended medium, whether print or digital.

• Create websites with Webflow or similar platforms, adhering to our brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions that meet client goals.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years in graphic design with a portfolio and data-driven success.

2. In-depth knowledge in web design, digital marketing best practices, Figma, and Canva

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects.

4. Experience in UI/UX design with an understanding of user-centered design principles.

5. Relevant web design, UI/UX, & digital marketing certifications are preferred.

6. Adobe Suite software: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.

7. The capability to produce animation assets is a plus.

8. Available to work standard Eastern Time Zone working hours.
