This role provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the discipline.Your Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the regional head for Safety and Compliance, you will share responsibility for defining and implementing the technical and strategic direction of the section. Your role will involve cultivating essential client relationships, showcasing thought leadership, and consistently improving our consultancy services.Key responsibilities include:Providing thought leadership in Health & Safety, addressing industry trends and challenges with innovative solutions.Leading regional Practice Area Network (PAN) activities, promoting initiatives aligned with the PAN's vision and ensuring the local community is informed about PAN activities.Developing team members' operational, commercial, and consultancy capabilities through coaching and mentorship.Contributing to pursuits for significant opportunities to secure future projects and workload.Conducting technical quality reviews and providing sign-off accordingly.Managing diverse, engaged, and multi-disciplinary hybrid teams.About You:To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:Seasoned Professional: Bring extensive experience in Health & Safety consulting, showcasing a diverse skill set in Safety by Design, high-risk industries, property management, and major projects.Risk Management Authority: Demonstrate expertise in workplace risk assessment, holding a recognized certification (AIHS)…
