As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, deliver a high standard of shaping positive employee relations, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge HR initiatives.

Duties:
Collaborating with another Senior HR Advisor, your responsibilities include:

• Nurturing strong relationships to elevate positive employee experiences.
• Effectively addressing and managing workplace concerns, encompassing grievances, performance improvement, conduct, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Providing HR-related information and documentation for tendering and bidding processes.
• Supporting the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Award entitlements in an evolving workplace relations environment.
• Offering guidance and coaching for compliance, consistency, and procedural fairness in various employment matters, including remuneration, redundancy, terminations, benefits, right of entry, and issue resolution.

Skills & Experience:
The right person for this Senior HR Advisor role is someone who blends extensive HR expertise with a passion for promoting company values, demonstrating trustworthiness and credibility, and showcasing strong analytical and organizational capabilities. More specifically, we’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a qualification in Human Resources
• Has 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources
• Is experienced in ER and IR within the Construction industry
