The organization

The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will form part of a strong, supportive and collaborative HR team. Managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle while interacting and working closely with Line Manger to achieve objectives, outcomes and productivity while building culture and working on exciting projects.
Selection criteria:
- HR qualification coupled with generalist HR experience
- Experience in supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Thorough understanding of legislation and awards
- Employee relations experience
- Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite and HRIS
