Pilbara Environment Services (PES) is all about the land. A recognized leader in regional and remote heavy industrial cleaning, waste management and environmental support services in the Pilbara region. PES manages all aspects of the environment to ensure it remains sustainable for future generations. We specialize in industrial services and waste management projects in the mining, manufacturing, oil and gas sectors. Our services include heavy industrial cleaning and support services, bin hire and design, recycling, collection and transport of all types of waste and dangerous goods.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HSE Business Partner to join our growing team to support our operations across various sites.
Your new role:
In addition to having a genuine passion for safety, you will also bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Support the development and execution of the Company's HSE strategy, plan, and priorities
• Contribute to the development and execution of health and safety standards, guidance and tools to drive standardisation and continuous improvement across HSE
• Partner and influence senior leaders and critical roles to improve health and safety performance and drive cultural transformation
• Support, coach, mentor and develop the site based HSE Advisors to expand and enhance their functional knowledge
• Ensure health and safety reporting and tracking are kept up to date for Company
• Provide visible leadership by actively promoting the HSE program and personally demonstrating safe behaviour and environmental stewardship at all times

Your skills and experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• Postgraduate qualifications in occupational health and safety (or related discipline)
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience in Health & Safety role and 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in leading health and safety initiative and programs to achieve required outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in safety incident response and investigation
• Previous experience in blue-collar, high-risk industry environments desirable
